A funny thing is how the Wikipedia article about dinosaurs opens by mentioning the modern taxonomy by which birds are dinosaurs, and throughout the rest keeps having to acknowledge or caveat this while it tries to talk about, y'know, dinosaurs.
I’m glad the whole chihuahua thing has finally blown over. A bit disappointed that pugs and bulldogs are coming in, but I’m psyched that the rest of the energy seems to have gone to corgis. Corgis are chill.
I guess the overarching trend is that as the people who matter move back to the city, apartment dogs are in.

So I guess this is kind of on the border of eurobeat and happycore. Eurobeat (EU), of course, gave birth to Eurobeat (JP) as featured in the Parapara renaissance, which eventually fed back into the Japanese happycore thing of the mid-2000s.

S-Real - Sanctuary
So as I understand it, Sanctuary was an important hardcore party in that mid-90s british period where the music was in between cowfield raves and bog standard club nights. And this was composed as like a theme song for the party? Wevs, it’s still terrible.
Since the literal literal moment I got L.A. Noire at midnight release, it’s been overcast and drizzly in L.A.
1) This is wonderful for playing L.A. Noire, all the driving and atmosphere and shit!
2) This is terrible for owning a motorcycle in real L.A., all the driving and atmosphere and shit!
Also the map drops off literally 4 blocks from where me and everyone else I know live, buuuuullshit.
It’s very important to pay attention to what your rivals and enemies say about you, more important than what your fellows say about you, because the ideas they have you’re already situated to have yourself.
Now it’s important not to care or feel about what they say, but it’s just as important to know it.
Partly because they do see some truths about you you don’t, just wrapped in a narrative so at odds with yours it can be hard to see through unless you try. And the things they see in you that you’re convinced have no basis in reality, the things you think come from nowhere - well if it doesn’t come from you where does it come from? Them, by definition, right? And their worldview is built out of the things they know, and they know their weaknesses and fears, and if they’re sounding the alarm about some vulnerability you haven’t even poked at…
Well, you know, the feckless liberal thing to do would be to pfaw that that you mean no such thing, it’s a silly lie, and the ambitious, useful thing to do would be to pick out the weaknesses they’re pointing out, the things they claim you do but you don’t, and start doing them.
Oh also someone posted a Scott Pilgrim picture in my feed which reminds me to pass on a point I noticed before. And that is (correct me if I’m wrong):
The only place where the explicit authorial voice enters the Scott Pilgrim universe is to disavow Knives’ sexuality. First when she drunkenly makes out with Kim and it’s “and we shall never speak of this again”, and then in the last book where she finally kisses Scott and it’s “and it was terrible for everyone. including you.”

Now for the supervillains in Arkham, that works - it is a mental asylum, I’m guessing they’re in on some sort of involuntary hold, or maybe you could get a probation violation. But the small-time crooks he rounds up occasionally Commissioner Gordon just has to let go, right?
